Ten years in design. Started as a graphic design teacher in 2015 before finishing my own degree. Moved into product design, worked across adtech and healthcare AI, and spent the last three years at HiLabs building a design team from one person to five, shipping seven products, and contributing to a $2M enterprise deal. Currently designing at Session AI while building EventOps on the side. Looking for a Principal, Staff, or Design Manager role where design has a real seat at the table.

Every user, every edge case, every scenario. Nothing designed in isolation.

Full picture before any decisions. What does the system actually need?
